The Hopi Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program offers:
- Nutrition Education: Learn how to create healthy, affordable, easy meals.
- Breastfeeding Education: WIC helps provide education, tools and support for a successful breastfeeding journey.
- Healthy Foods: WIC food benefits made available on the eWIC card, a new and convenient way to shop, providing a diet rich in protein, dairy, and whole grains.
Who can qualify for WIC?
- Pregnant/breastfeeding women: up to an infants 1st birthday.
- Children up to the age of 5 years old.
- Post Partum Women: With an infant under 6 months or following a miscarriage/stillbirth.
