The Hopi Solid Waste Management Program is part of the Hopi Tribe’s Department of Public Works & Transportation. Its primary role is to provide solid waste disposal services and help maintain a clean and healthy environment throughout the Hopi Reservation.
Program services include:
- Residential solid waste collection
- Landfill operations
- Public education on proper waste mangement
- Support for environmental health and community cleanliness of The Hopi Tribe

Hopi Solid Waste Location
The program operates the Hopi sanitary landfill, which serves communities across the Hopi Reservation. We are located near the Hopi Cultural Center off Highway 264. Please click here to get directions to our location.

– 90 GALLON CONTAINER – $18.00/MONTHLY
– 2-90 GALLON CONTAINERS – $30.00/MONTHLY
– 3 CUBIC BIN (METAL) – $35.00/MONTHLY
ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE THE 15TH EACH MONTH
