The Medical Transportation Program provides non-emergent medical transportation services to licensed facilities for a wide range of routine appointments including; eye clinic, dental clinic, medical exams, dialysis treatment, same day surgery, urgent care walk-ins, pharmacy pick-up. Specific guidelines are established to help provide quality NEMT services to the community.

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday
Transportation service hours:
4:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday and Friday
4:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays
The Hopi Medical Transportation Program provides transportation services for any individual residing on the Hopi Reservation, including the Hopi Housing Unit located in Winslow, Arizona. Individuals do not have to qualify for AHCCCS to be eligible to receive services. Individuals should also be advised that transports may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
