Mission Statement
Our Mission Statement begins with a commitment to advocate, educate, inform and promote healthy holistic life styles, incorporating culturally appropriate values and health concepts within our communities. Through this mission we hope to empower our tribal members to take personal responsibility for their own health. It is our strong belief and commitment that we will support one another through collaboration, coordination and communication at all levels with respect to one another.
Through this process, we hope to reach each and every one of you, our community members, to provide the necessary assistance in order for you to reach a healthy state and to make a commitment to stay healthy. Together, we can work to accomplish this important aspect in our lives to have a healthy community.
