Kykotsmovi, AZ. – – The Hopi Tribe would like to extend their deepest condolences to the family of Mary Smeal.

Smeal was a long time employee of the Hopi 3 Canyon Ranches, serving as Accounting Manager. Prior to employment with the Ranches, she was employed by the Hopi Tribe Economic Development Corporation (HTEDC) as Senior Accountant, since 2002.

Smeal was found deceased on November 16, 2016. At this time no other information is available.

The Hopi 3 Canyon Ranches’ sole Managing Director is Clayton Honyumptewa. Honyumptewa is also the Director of the Hopi Tribe’s Department of Natural Resources and may be contacted at (928) 734-3602.
